Our Project Experience
Telecommunication companies are under pressure from several sides. On one hand, the price of voice services both in fixed and mobile communications continue to fall. On the other hand, network operators increase their investments in networks. Customer demand more bandwidth and want faster mobile networks. We help our customers to adapt new business models by cooperating with different partners and advise on best practice towards integration of mergers and acquisitions. In this context, we support our customers on changing organizations towards flexible structures to make them faster, more agile and allowing them to improve their systems.
