Martin
has been recognized as an Oracle Expert in the Oracle Financials and Supply
Chain area. He has a brought and solid know how and implemented the new Oracle
Global Finance System in time and in high quality. Martin always used his
expertise in a hands-on approach and simplified the procurement process. This
process was then taken as the global Procure to Pay process. He organized and
achieved the Purchase Order / Payables invoice matching ratio from 3% to 86% within
3 months. He also solved multiple tasks such as closing open issues, ongoing
and post live support while managing and motivating the staff. Furthermore, he
improved the processes, reliability, performance and ease of Oracle´s
E-Business Suite System.
We
would also like to point out the excellent cross cultural teamwork with the
subsidiaries in Germany, Poland, USA,
Ireland and United Kingdom.
Also the collaboration with the external auditors regarding year end close and
legal and statutory requirements and localizations was always outstanding. We
were satisfied with the extraordinary performance of Martin and extended his
contract in the area of new projects several times.
Over
the whole duration of the assignment with us, Martin was well regarded and
respected by the management and the team members across different departments. After
the sale of the major part of the company to another company and the related
restructuring, several parts have been outsourced to the Shared Services Centre
in Poland and Germany. For
that reason, Martin´s assignment ended.
We extremely
regret the departure and would like to thank for the trustful and productive
collaboration. We wish Martin all the best and success in the future.
