Overview: RF addresses customer's business processes, IT tool utilization and the balance between them.

Benefits: RF provides an "enterprise-health indicator", which focuses on major key processes and only the communication channels between departments. Looking at the balance between processes and enabling IT systems already in place, RF will uncover business process/IT improvement opportunities. This approach works in a very efficient, rapid and therefore cost-effective way, requiring crucial but minimal time and effort from the people of the client. The RF method works optimally for medium size companies.
